Being a licensed trainer, Owen David specialises in developing and delivering IOSH or RoSPA accredited training, on a sector or even organisation basis delivered by consultants with real practical experience. Therefore, not only are employees attending a recognised course, employers are benefitting from the training being targeted with even their organisational systems and paperwork integrated into the course. We can of course offer non accredited training, a few examples being:
- Health and Safety for Site Managers in Metal Stockholding – 1 day
- Health and Safety for Supervisors in Metal Stockholding – ½ day
- Health and Safety for Supervisors in General Engineering – ½ day
- Health and Safety for Supervisors in Metal Recycling – 1 day.
Owen David can undertake compliance surveys and audits at both a corporate and multi-site level. The compliance survey will highlight where legal and best practice requirements are not being met, through a physical inspection of your site and document review. The easy to use tabulated report includes a precise itemised list of matters requiring attention, the remedial options to achieve compliance, a priority rating for each item and space to detail action taken. Our management system audit follows the HSG(65) format providing a penetrative analysis of your management system working in practice, or we can undertake very specific topic audits.
Our policy and procedures manual can be targeted at hazards that are general to your industry and specific to your individual manufacturing processes, while providing your managers with clear guidance.
